At Farmkeeper, we design and build rugged off-grid monitoring electronics engineered specifically for the harsh conditions of Australian farming. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as well as our standard returns procedure.

1. Australian Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If a Farmkeeper hardware component develops a manufacturing fault or operates defectively, please contact us immediately at info@farmkeeper.au. Once we confirm the issue, we will coordinate a replacement, repair, or full refund. Farmkeeper will cover or reimburse all return shipping fees for faulty or defective items.

2. 30-Day Change of Mind Policy

We offer a standard 30-day money-back guarantee for change-of-mind purchases from the date you receive your device. To qualify for a change-of-mind refund:

Please note that change-of-mind refunds cover the purchase price of the hardware. Original delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping (Change of Mind)

For change-of-mind returns under our 30-day policy, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping and postage costs. We strongly recommend using a registered post service with a tracking number and signature on delivery. Farmkeeper is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

4. Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at info@farmkeeper.au with your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs showing the condition of the item and its packaging.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the return mailing address for our office in Warners Bay, NSW, 2282, Australia.
  3. Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly write your RMA number on the outer package, and ship it back with tracking.
  4. Upon receiving your package, our technicians will inspect the hardware. Once approved, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exclusions

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:
